Topics
Micro/Nano Fabrication Techniques
Papers presenting conventional and innovative techniques for nanofabrication of materials and devices are invited. Focused techniques are (but not limited to) nanolithography, nanoimprinting, inkjet printing, edge lithography, focused ion beam etching, self assembly, nano thin film, packaging, etc.
Nanomaterials, Nanodevices and Nanomedicine
Papers are devoted for all kinds of nanomaterials and nanodevices, including carbon nanotube, nanowires, nanomagnetics, nanochannels, nanomechanics, nanocantilevers, nanomembranes, etc. Special attention is given for nanodevices used in biomedical and healthcare applications. Nanomedicine section is arranged to present state-of-the-art research on novel materials and devices for drug delivery to enhance effectively treatment of medicines.
Applications of Micro-Nanotechnology
Papers involve the applications of nanomaterials and nanodevices. Special attention is given for applications in healthcare, RFID, inkjet printing, thin film or emerging solar cell technologies etc.
