  • 1984-1999: Researcher, concurrently tutor of Center of Electron-micro-scopy and Roëntgen diffraction  (be attached between IEP of HUT and  VAST) (still the Faculty of Mathematics-Physics untill 1984).

  • 2000-2004: Researcher, concurrently tutor and Lecturer of ITIMS, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). Assistant to the Directorate of ITIMS on Scientific resaerch.

  • 2004-2010: Lecturer and Researcher of ITIMS, Hanoi Univ. of Technology (HUT). Assistant to the Directorate of ITIMS on Scientific research till 2006.
