Scientific projects:

  • Study of fabrication processes of the MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) devices applied to industry and traffic. This project was supported by International key research program for Science and Technology, KC 02/06-10.

  • Study of fabrication processes of gas sensors and biosensors based on combination of nanostructured materials with MEMS technology. This work was supported by the application-oriented basic research program (2009-2012, Code: 05/09/HÐ-ÐTÐL).

  • Study of fabrication processes of the electronics and sensors devices based on the metal-oxide semiconductor nanowires. This project was supported by National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED), Code:, 2009-2011.

  • Study of fabrication processes of the chains of the electrochemical sensors based on nanostructured conducting polymers for detecting the viruses. This project was supported by National Foundation for Science Technology Development (NAFOSTED), Code:, 2009-2011.

  • Completion of the fabrication technology of the micro electrochemical sensors and measuring equipment for examining the influenza A. This project was supported by Ministry of Education and Training, Code: B2009-01-262.

  • Study of the structure and photoelectrical properties of Eu3+ doped ZnO nanomaterial synthesized by sol-gel method. This project was supported by Ministry of Education and Training, Code: B2009-01-263.
